SalesOffense was founded by a commercial operator with 15+ years of experience inside Fortune 500 industrial companies, including Roper Technologies (NYSE: ROP) — a multi-billion dollar technology and industrial conglomerate.
Over that career, our founder built and led commercial teams from the ground up — developing go-to-market strategies, standing up sales processes, managing complex channel networks, and driving profitable revenue growth across industrial businesses serving mining, oil & gas, marine, power generation, defense, and industrial distribution markets.
The work wasn’t theoretical. It was operating inside businesses with $5M to $200M in revenue, turning around underperforming commercial organizations, and building the repeatable systems that large corporations take for granted — but that most mid-market industrials have never had access to.
That’s the gap SalesOffense exists to close.
We've built sales teams, managed distributors, won enterprise accounts, and driven commercial turnarounds inside real industrial businesses — not from a PowerPoint deck.
We don't work with SaaS startups, retail brands, or consumer businesses. Our entire focus is complex B2B industrial sales — where technical buyers, long sales cycles, and channel complexity are the norm.
